BIANCA BYGGMÄSTAR
is an interior architect and textile designer from Finland. She likes to explore with strong graphics and colour when designing, and applies sustainability thinking in all of her work. Taking inspiration from nature, geometrical forms, and historical art and design movements such as Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Arts and Crafts, and Bauhaus, Bianca applies a hands-on approach to design work.
With a rich international university education, Bianca holds an MA in creative sustainability with a focus on design and architecture from Aalto University, a BA in interior architecture from Mount Mary University in the US, and a BA in textile design from Metropolia UAS in Helsinki, Finland.
Bianca regularly exhibits her pattern design work at international fairs, such as Heimtextil in Frankfurt, Germany, and Maison et Objet in Paris, France.
